The twin/double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was really modern with a good view of part of kigali. An electronic key card, tea/coffee making equipment, and a work desk were available here too.

Very slow staff!

I spent 12 nights in the Beautiful Double or Twin Room with Balcony at Mythos Boutique. The staff quickly impressed me. They were always ready to help with anything. The hotel pickup and drop-off service made my travel much smoother. I loved the spacious room. I really struggled with the breakfast situation. They served the same items every day, and the bacon served felt more like cold meat, quite disappointing. My shower took far too long to heat up, sometimes up to 30 minutes. It's frustrating when calls for assistance reveal that the plumbing issues stem from the pipe system. While the facilities are nice, improvements are definitely needed in meal variety and water heating times.

I was very disappointed with the food . Breakfast was the same every day, and the bacon definitely tasted like cold meat rather than the crispy version I was expecting. During my visit, the wait time for my shower to heat up took an unbearably long time, often needing over 30 minutes. I found it unacceptable when I reached out for assistance, as they informed me it was due to their plumbing system.
